LLOYD L. THORTON STADIUM (HONAKER FIELD)

Lloyd L. Thornton Stadium, also known as Honaker Field, is a local government-owned stadium located at 502 E Lamar Alexander Pkwy, Maryville, TN 37804, United States. The stadium is primarily used by the Maryville College football team, but it is also used for other events such as high school football games and community events.
The stadium was named after Lloyd L. Thornton, a former Maryville College football coach who led the team to a 57-18-2 record from 1958 to 1966. The stadium was built in 1967 and has a seating capacity of 4,000.
